Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us and information collected automatically through your use of our services.
Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your email address, username, and optionally your display name. If your subscription includes access to the Kalgo TradingView algorithm, we may also collect your TradingView username in order to grant you access to the strategy.
Device and Usage Information: We automatically collect certain technical information when you access our website, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, and log file data such as pages visited, timestamps, and session duration. This information is used to maintain the security and performance of our services and to understand how users interact with our platform.
Payment Information: We do not directly store or process payment card information. All payment transactions are handled by our third-party payment processor(s). We may receive non-sensitive transaction metadata such as payment status, subscription plan, and billing history for account management purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and manage your account and subscription, including granting access to the Kalgo algorithm on TradingView.
- To communicate with you about your account, subscription status, support requests, and important service updates.
- To verify your identity and prevent unauthorized access to your account.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
- To improve our services, diagnose technical issues, and analyze usage patterns to enhance the user experience.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from regulatory or government authorities.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- PocketBase (Authentication & Database): Your account data is stored and managed using PocketBase, an open-source backend service hosted and operated by Stellar Ventures LLC. Access to this data is restricted to authorized personnel and is used solely for the purpose of providing the Kalgo service.
- Payment Processors: We share necessary information with our payment processors to facilitate subscription billing and transaction processing. These processors are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for payment-related purposes.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal processes such as a subpoena, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kalgo Holdings LLC, our users, or the public.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission via HTTPS, secure authentication mechanisms, and restricted access controls for sensitive data.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your account data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.
If you wish to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, please contact us at [email protected]. We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and our operational requirements.

California Residents (CCPA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, contact us at [email protected].
EEA and UK Residents (GDPR): If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation or applicable UK data protection law, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and authenticate your account. Specifically, we use the pb_auth session cookie set by PocketBase to keep you logged in during your session. This cookie is essential for the operation of the platform and cannot be disabled without affecting your ability to access your account.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics cookies. We do not use your data for retargeting or cross-site advertising purposes.
Do Not Track
Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT signals, we do not alter our data collection or use practices in response to DNT browser signals at this time.
