• PocketBase (Authentication & Database): Your account data is stored and managed using PocketBase, an open-source backend service hosted and operated by Stellar Ventures LLC. Access to this data is restricted to authorized personnel and is used solely for the purpose of providing the Kalgo service.
• Payment Processors: We share necessary information with our payment processors to facilitate subscription billing and transaction processing. These processors are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for payment-related purposes.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal processes such as a subpoena, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kalgo Holdings LLC, our users, or the public.
